Windows: The config file is located in C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Luxology\modo.cfg
This is a hidden folder, you you will have to enable Windows to show that type of file (Tools -> Folder options). Remember: The folder structure is language dependent.
Mac: The file is located under username->library->preferences -> com.luxology.modo.
Note: The configuration file will not be deleted if you uninstall the software. You must do this manually.
