Help files don't launch

DVD: Copy the missing folders (common & pages - located in the help folder) from the install DVD into the Luxology help folder on my PC. I did that, and EVERYTHING WORKED! There are now three (3) folders inside the "help" folder: clips, common, & pages.
If I ever reinstall again, I will definitely download the application. Thanks Dion & Philip for your input; thank you David for finding the solution.
